The story behind a piece of neighborhood art

Not too far from where I live is the  quirky Zhu Wei metal sculpture of two Mao-suited men that sits outside the local Starbucks’ Maryland Avenue storefront. Called China China, it is one of my favorite pieces of outdoor art.
