		<description>Ahem! As a seller, it&#039;s been my impression that eBay did not consider me a customer -- rather the buyers where the ones they considered their customers. But alas, you, an exalted buyer, had customer support trouble as well.

At least they dish out their customer support evenly across the board -- lousy customer service for all.

It is incredulous to me that a company with that kind of support can thrive. Oh well, I guess it&#039;s good to be a monopoly.</description>

		<description>I tried Live Help 2x today and was first directed to another company&#039;s support. Came back and was told they will send me the Live Cashback message and it will take an hour to arrive. I got supicious at this point, that it would take an hour to arrive so I jotted down her name and session ID. (I believe those names are randomly generated) Of course 2 hours later there is no such msg. Yes she did log off on me after I thanked her (but not before I jotted down the ID). Next time I use Live Help I will Fraps it and just post them on Youtube for everyone.</description>

How did you get &quot;suspended for life&quot; for a chat if it didn&#039;t have anything to do with feebay? I just was suspended (second time in 1 month!) for something I did 5 years ago! Isn&#039;t there a statute of limitations here? If they&#039;d concentrate on present c/svc problems (as if there aren&#039;t that many) instead of delving into the past, they&#039;d be better off. The first suspension was their c/s reps fault, as SHE told me it was ok to list a certain item if I used the old &quot;designer inspired by&quot; or &quot;compatible with&quot;...WRONG! I spent abou 1 week, 5 plus hours a day, while on hold, crazily sending unanswered e mails, threatening lives, swearing (Mark Twain was right), you name it! Got 75 names..was promised the world...finally got to the top. A supervisor who actually dug @ to find chats, e mails, phone calls &amp; notes and I was reinstated. To this day, they will not acknowledge that it was their fault. Schmucks. But, did I learn alot! I had the same sort of experience w/ PP that week..(when it rains, it pours!) A buyer from Germany &quot;claimed&quot; she never rec&#039;d the item...as usual...yea, right. SO the chgbk took place 1-2-3. I&#039;d faxed, e mailed &amp; MAILED in my original proof of shipping w/ the tracking #. Nope...not good enough. The &quot;buyer is always right&quot;...the h---w/ me. I&#039;m ranting, screaming, again like a lunatic! They&#039;re insisting my proof/receipt is &quot;not good enough&quot; as proof! Okay...PP is right &amp; USPS is wrong! $%%^&amp;**&amp;*( THIS! I was NOT giving up! I entered the tracking #...yep...delived to this b---- in Germany on July 5, (or whenever) 2008 at 2:22 pm! STill not viable proof? SO back on the phone again. Another 3 hours to get to a supv &amp; then after 1 hr on hold, the head of escalations! WOw! SHe was great (bidding for # starts at $.02). I explained for the 20th time &amp; SHE enters my tracking # &amp; voila...proof! What did they do before that warranted MY PROOF invalid/not good enough? The imbecile who rec&#039;d it, took it upon THEMSELVES to use a VOIDED...VOIDED PP shipping label as proof!Voided!!! (immediately after I voided it, as one of many, I switched to Stamps.com.). That&#039;s what they used. Where did all my e mails, faxes &amp; mail go/end op? In a huge garbage dump wher all questions that they are just too uninformed(putting it nicely) to even answer, goes! I found a couple sites that will help in these cases, one is www.ebay-phone-number.com  I&#039;m glad I finally have these numbers, never realized how many are hidden from the public, they also list the paypal phone numbers.  Another site I found some usful info was related, www.suspended-from-ebay.com  I have a couple unrelated back-up accounts now.  It seems to take forever to clear these messes up, if you can clear them up or find any human to talk to!</description>

Not certain  they will ever reply. Chat session suggested resending email. Some chatterers are more helpful than others. Very frustrating.</description>
