The $99/mo fee for Octopz is not for a single workgroup, but rather for a single license. In practical terms that means that you can set up an unlimited number of Octopz Rooms, add an unlimited number of users and use the full range of features and functions. The only limitation of purchasing a single license is that only one room at a time can be used. If you have the need for different users to collaborate in different rooms at the same time you just need to purchase additional licenses.
