This newsletter is so right on regarding United. I fly United almost exclusively because they have the most non-stop flights from SFO. I’ve been trying to book travel lately for a few different family trips and have been so frustrated. I remember the time when I would call United and I was always amazed at how smart those folks were in figuring out the right flight plan for my trip. I always felt like we were on the same page and they knew just exactly what to look for in regards to price and shortest route etc. That’s not the case anymore. I am so frustrated every time I call. I figured out that they have outsourced to a call center in the Philippines during the day and India at night. Most of the people I have talked to are very nice but they don’t seem to have a clue as to figuring out the different options that will make my trip most efficient and not cost me an arm and a leg. I guess it’s a sign of the times but I don’t like it one bit! I’m glad I’m not the only one feeling frustrated -- Jenni Adair
